My Mom changed the way I eat broccoli!

Wasabi and soy sauce give broccoli an upgrade in this simple dish. Fresh broccoli is boiled to crisp perfection and tossed with a simple dressing in this side that will please all 5 of your senses! Wasabi's pleasant kick is perfectly balanced by the umami-rich notes from the soy sauce.
Simple. Delicious. Vegan. The perfect addition to any healthy diet!

Tips & Notes

Don't over-cook the broccoli! Boil until it just begins to get tender and still has a nice bite. Over-boiling will result in a soggy salad.

    • Might try again.

This was ok. It's broccoli seasoned with wasabi and soy sauce, so it's simple to prepare and is ok as part of a wider array of side dishes. Be careful with the wasabi, though. It can get too hot if you're not careful.
