  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1tbsp matcha powder
  • 7oz cream cheese
  • 3oz mascarpone cheese
  • 0.5cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1–2 minutes at 600W, checking frequently, until softened. Stir until smooth.

    In a blender, combine cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, eggs, and melted white chocolate. Blend until smooth.

    Add heavy cream and blend again. Sift in flour and matcha, then mix briefly just until combined.

    Line a 6-inch (15 cm) round pan with damp parchment paper (crumple, wet, and wring out before lining).

    Strain the batter through a fine mesh sieve into the prepared pan to ensure a silky texture.

    Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes. Allow to cool, then refrigerate in the pan overnight before serving.
