Air-fried tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making it incredibly delicious. Simply mix it with kimchi, sesame oil, and shredded nori for an easy dish with just a few ingredients. It's delicious served either warm or at room temperature. Since it's made with tofu, it's low in calories and perfect for a healthy meal!

Tips & Notes

If you don't have an air fryer, you can cook it in a frying pan instead. I recommend using medium-firm or firm tofu, as it holds its shape better. If you're using extra-firm tofu, reduce the cooking time slightly.
