- 3 small broccoli florets
- 8 tbsp. pack of shimeji mushrooms, loosely packed
- 1 tsp. granulated consommé (or chicken bouillon powder)
- 1 sausage link (sliced into rounds)
- 5 1/4 oz silken tofu
- 6 2/3 tbsp. soy milk (or regular milk)
- 1/3 cup cooked, white Japanese short-grain rice
- 2 tbsp. shredded melting cheese
- black pepper, to taste

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the broccoli, shimeji mushrooms, and granulated consommé. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Add the sliced sausage, soy milk (or milk), cooked rice, and silken tofu. Roughly mash the tofu with a spoon.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and microwave for another 3–4 minutes until the cheese is melted. Finish with black pepper to taste.

Firm tofu can be used instead of silken tofu. No need to prep the tofu.
