- 1 pack of maitake mushrooms
- chopped green onions (to taste)
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- A1 tbsp. soy sauce
- A1 tbsp. mirin
- A1 in. garlic paste (or minced garlic)
- A2 tsp. unsalted butter

Prep salmon: Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces and lightly coat them with flour.

Cook salmon and mushrooms: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until golden on one side. Flip the pieces, add maitake mushrooms (separated into chunks), cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes.

Add sauce: Add all ingredients from A (soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and butter). Stir gently to coat everything evenly.
