- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 pack of maitake mushrooms
- chopped green onions (as needed)
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- A1 tbsp. Japanese mayonnaise
- A1 tbsp. mirin
- A1 tbsp. miso
- A1 tsp. soy sauce
- A1/2 tsp. grated garlic
INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces. Tear the maitake mushrooms into smaller clusters.

In a small bowl, combine all A ingredients (mayonnaise, mirin, miso, soy sauce, and garlic) and mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until the color changes and it’s cooked through.

Add the maitake and sauté until tender. Then pour in the sauce from Step 2 and quickly toss to coat evenly.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
