This is a very simple and easy dessert where kiwi fruit is marinated in a honey and lemon juice glaze. It is characterized by a refreshing sweetness that combines the natural tartness of the kiwi fruit, the mellow sweetness of honey, and the acidity of the lemon.

It only takes 5 minutes to make, so it is perfect for an everyday treat, topping for breakfast yogurt, or quick snack!

    Peel the kiwis and slice them into approx. ½-inch-thick rounds. Mix together the (A) ingredients (honey and lemon juice), then toss the kiwi slices in the marinade.
