- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 /2 onion (about 3.5 oz.), finely chopped
- 10 slices prosciutto (or similar cured ham), cut in half
- 1 /4 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
- A3 tbsp. vinegar (grain vinegar or rice vinegar)
- A1 tbsp. sugar
- A1 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
- A1 tbsp. sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, mix A ingredients (vinegar, sugar, bouillon, and sesame oil) and add the chopped onion. Stir well to make the marinade.

In a container, place sliced tomatoes and prosciutto in alternating layers.
