- 1 /4 carrot, julienned
- A1 tbsp. Japanese mayonnaise
- A1 tsp. whole-grain mustard
- AA pinch of salt and black pepper

Steam the vegetables:
Add the frozen broccoli and julienned carrot to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave (600W) for 2 1/2 minutes.

Drain and mix:
Transfer the steamed vegetables to a paper towel and gently pat them dry to remove excess moisture. Cut large broccoli pieces into smaller florets if needed. Place everything in a bowl, add the dressing ingredients (A), and toss gently to combine.
