This dish combines mild swordfish with a rich miso-mayo-cheese topping, all baked in the toaster oven.
Even kids and those who usually avoid fish will find this one delicious!

Tips & Notes
If using a fish grill instead of a toaster oven, pre-grill one side of the fish, flip it, then add the miso-mayo-cheese topping and grill until golden.
Works great with other mild white fish like cod or halibut.
For 2 servings:
Use half the quantities: 2 swordfish steaks (200 g), 1 ½ tbsp. mayo, 1 ½ tsp. miso, 1 tsp. sugar, and ¼ cup cheese.
