- 5 asparagus spears
- A1tbsp sake (or white wine)
- A2tsp lemon juice
- A1tsp chicken stock powder (or chicken bouillon)
- A1/3tsp salt
- Acoarse-ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2tbsp olive oil

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Peel the tough root ends of the asparagus with a vegetable peeler and slice the spears thinly on the diagonal.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken from Step 2 and the asparagus, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until everything is cooked through.
