When scaling the recipe, the ratios of some ingredients may require slight adjustments. Adjust as necessary and season to taste.
- 1 package of strawberries (9oz, 250g)
- 7oz plain, unsweetened yogurt (about 0.75cup, 200g)
- 4/5cup milk (200ml)
- 3tbsp sugar
- 2.5tsp powdered gelatin
DIRECTIONS
- 1
Remove the stems from the strawberries, place them in a plastic bag, and crush them by hand. (You can set aside about 2 uncrushed strawberries for topping.)

- 2
Place the milk and sugar in a microwaveable container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes. After heating, stir well to dissolve the sugar.

- 3
Add the powdered gelatin and stir thoroughly.

- 4
Add the crushed strawberries from Step 1 and the plain yogurt, mix well, and pour into serving containers. Once cooled down slightly, place them in the refrigerator and let them set (about 2–3 hours) to complete the pudding!

Tips & Notes
・This recipe is mildly sweet. Add an extra 1 tbsp. of sugar if you prefer a sweeter finish.
・If you prefer not to use a microwave, you can make this in a saucepan. (In that case, turn off the heat just before the milk boils.)
・If you use strained yogurt, the texture will be firmer (like an old-fashioned pudding). This method also reduces the acidity and creates a richer finish. (To strain yogurt: Line a colander with a paper towel, place the yogurt on top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.)
・If your microwave is 500W, heat for 1 minute and 50 seconds.
・If your microwave is 700W, heat for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
・Shelf life: 2–3 days in the refrigerator.
