- 10.5oz 无盐鲭鱼 (鲭鱼,300克)
- 7oz 白萝卜 (约4-5英寸)
- A0.5cup 水
- A3tbsp 酱油
- A3tbsp 清酒 (或白葡萄酒)
- A2tbsp 味醂 (甜米酒)
- A1.5tbsp 糖
- A1tsp 姜泥 (或管装姜泥)
步骤
准备工作
将鲭鱼切成单人份大小的块。
将白萝卜磨成泥。

将(A)食材(水、酱油、清酒、味醂、糖和姜)加入平底锅中,用中火加热至微沸,然后加入鲭鱼。

在鱼上放一个落盖(或使用烘焙纸),用中小火炖煮7-8分钟。

加入磨好的白萝卜泥(包括汁液),煮2-3分钟。(偶尔将炖煮的汤汁舀到鲭鱼上。)

关火,撒上烤芝麻。
