- 1 牛油果
- 1tsp 柠檬汁
- 1 一包嫩叶蔬菜
- 3 樱桃番茄
- 西兰花芽 (适量)
- 黑胡椒 (适量)
- A1.5tbsp 日式蛋黄酱
- A1tbsp 橄榄油
- A2tsp 酱油
- A2tsp 醋
- A0.5tsp 芥末
- A少许盐
步骤
准备工作
・将牛油果切成约1.5厘米的小块,放入碗中,淋上柠檬汁,翻拌均匀。
・将刺身级三文鱼切成与上述相同大小的块。
・将樱桃番茄对半切开。
・快速清洗嫩叶蔬菜并沥干。
