    加入A组食材(番茄、水、高汤粉、蒜泥、酱油、糖、盐和胡椒),将猪肉和番茄大致捣碎。用中火煮至沸腾。将意面折成两半放入锅中,按包装时间再多煮1分钟,偶尔搅拌。

小贴士与备注

・将意面折成两半再放入锅中。按包装时间再多煮1分钟,开始和结束时充分搅拌。最适合7分钟意面。
・如果液体蒸发太快而意面还太硬,加入更多水继续煮。
・先将猪肉整块煎制,能增添额外的风味和肉感。炖煮时将猪肉和番茄大致捣碎。
・小技巧:将空番茄罐装满一次水,正好等于1⅔杯(400毫升),无需量杯!
