- 2 tbsp. 玉米淀粉 (用于裹粉)

- A1 tbsp. 清酒 (或干白葡萄酒)
- A1 tsp. 姜泥 (新鲜姜末)
- A盐和胡椒 (适量)
- B2 tbsp. 韩式辣椒酱 (韩国红辣椒酱)
- B1 tbsp. 番茄酱
- B1 tbsp. 糖
- B1 tbsp. 清酒 (或干白葡萄酒)
- B1/2 tbsp. 芝麻油
- B1/2 tbsp. 酱油
- B3.5g 蒜泥 (或约2厘米的管装蒜泥)

将鸡腿肉切成一口大小的块。放入碗中,加入A组食材(清酒、姜泥、盐和胡椒)。充分混合,腌制约10分钟。(此时可将鸡肉冷冻备用。)

将腌制好的鸡肉均匀裹上玉米淀粉。

在平底锅中用中火加热植物油。加入鸡肉,煎至金黄熟透,每面约3–4分钟。取出后放在厨房纸上沥油。擦净平底锅。

将B组所有食材(韩式辣椒酱、番茄酱、糖、清酒、芝麻油、酱油和蒜泥)加入擦净的平底锅中。用小至中火加热,搅拌至酱汁开始冒泡。将鸡肉放回锅中,翻拌均匀裹上酱汁。撒上芝麻即可上桌。
