- 1/2tbsp 糖
- 1/4 cup 牛奶 (0.25杯)
- 1tsp 奶油

在可微波加熱的塑膠袋中打入雞蛋,加入糖和牛奶,輕輕揉捏混合。加入吐司塊,充分裹上混合物。

將袋子放在可微波加熱的盤子上(不要密封袋子),將頂部鬆散地折疊關閉,以600W微波加熱1分鐘。
