- 10.5oz 無鹽鯖魚 (鯖魚,300克)
- 7oz 白蘿蔔 (約10-13公分)
- A0.5cup 水
- A3tbsp 醬油
- A3tbsp 清酒 (或白葡萄酒)
- A2tbsp 味醂 (甜米酒)
- A1.5tbsp 糖
- A1tsp 薑泥 (或管裝薑泥)
步驟
準備工作
將鯖魚切成單人份大小的塊。
將白蘿蔔磨成泥。

將(A)食材(水、醬油、清酒、味醂、糖和薑)加入平底鍋中,用中火加熱至微沸,然後加入鯖魚。

在魚上放一個落蓋(或使用烘焙紙),用中小火燉煮7-8分鐘。

加入磨好的白蘿蔔泥(包括汁液),煮2-3分鐘。(偶爾將燉煮的湯汁舀到鯖魚上。)

關火,撒上烤芝麻。
