- 3.5oz 刺身級鮭魚 (100克)
- 1 酪梨
- 1tsp 檸檬汁
- 1 一包嫩葉蔬菜
- 3 小番茄
- 青花菜芽 (適量)
- 黑胡椒 (適量)
- A1.5tbsp 日式美乃滋
- A1tbsp 橄欖油
- A2tsp 醬油
- A2tsp 醋
- A0.5tsp 芥末
- A少許鹽
步驟
準備工作
・將酪梨切成約1.5公分的小塊,放入碗中,淋上檸檬汁,翻拌均勻。
・將刺身級鮭魚切成與上述相同大小的塊。
・將小番茄對半切開。
・快速清洗嫩葉蔬菜並瀝乾。

將嫩葉蔬菜鋪在餐盤上。

將切好的刺身級鮭魚、酪梨和小番茄擺放在嫩葉蔬菜上,然後根據口味撒上青花菜芽。

將(A)食材(美乃滋、橄欖油、醬油、醋、芥末和鹽)混合製成醬汁。

將第3步的醬汁淋在第2步的沙拉上,然後根據口味撒上黑胡椒。
