- A3tbsp 中筋麵粉
- A1tbsp 水
- A1tbsp 清酒 (或白葡萄酒)

- 炸豬排醬 (用於上桌)
- 烤芝麻 (適量)

將豬里脊切成約1.5公分厚的圓片。

將(A)食材(雞蛋、麵粉、水和清酒)混合製成麵糊,然後將豬肉蘸入麵糊中。

將日式麵包粉緊緊壓在肉上。可以將麵包粉放入塑料袋中,用力按壓豬肉以確保麵包粉粘附,從而簡化此過程。
