- A1 tbsp. 味醂
- A1 tbsp. 蠔油
- A1/2 tsp. 糖
- A1 tsp. 味噌
- A1 tsp. 蒜泥
- 2 溫泉蛋
- 切碎的蔥 (適量)

將豬肉片切成2-3口大小的塊。用鹽和胡椒輕輕調味,然後撒上少量麵粉。
