    將冷凍花椰菜放入耐熱碗中,鬆鬆地蓋上保鮮膜,以600W微波爐加熱2分鐘。用廚房紙巾擦乾,如有需要將大塊切成一口大小的小花。去除雞里肌上較粗的筋,切成一口大小,用鹽和胡椒輕輕調味,均勻裹上太白粉。

    在平底鍋中以中火加熱芝麻油。加入雞肉,煎約4分鐘至金黃色。加入花椰菜,再翻炒1-2分鐘。

    超級美味。雞肉嫩滑入口即化。醬汁非常鮮美。我把食譜加倍了,這樣整個星期冰箱裡都有足夠的存貨。這週大部分時間氣溫將在30多度,所以這道冷雞肉在炎熱的天氣裡非常適合享用。搭配冰箱裡的米飯和沙拉一起吃。
