- 1 大青椒
- 1/2 tbsp. 芝麻油
- 1 tsp. 蒜泥 (蒜末)
- 1 tsp. 薑泥 (薑末)
- 烤白芝麻 (用於裝飾)
- A6 味之素®少許 (味精)
- A1 tbsp. 蠔油
- A1/2 tbsp. 清酒 (或乾白葡萄酒)
- A1/2 tbsp. 味醂
- A1/2 tbsp. 糖
- A1 tsp. 合わせ味噌 (紅白混合味噌)

準備工作
將五花肉切成一口大小的塊。去掉甜椒的莖和種子,切成厚條。將A組所有材料(味之素、蠔油、清酒、味醂、糖和味噌)在小碗中混合。- 1
在平底鍋中,用中火加熱芝麻油。加入蒜泥、薑泥和五花肉。翻炒至豬肉開始失去粉紅色。
