步驟

    在流水下沖洗鯖魚,用紙巾擦乾。

    將鯖魚片切成兩半。

    在平底鍋中用中火加熱植物油。將鯖魚皮面朝下放入鍋中,煎約4分鐘至金黃色。翻面後轉小火再煎2分鐘。

    將A組食材(味醂、清酒、芝麻和醬油)加入鍋中。調至中火,燉煮約1分鐘,輕輕地將醬汁裹在魚上。
