- A2 tbsp. 清酒
- A2 tbsp. 味醂

在平底鍋中用中火加熱約1/2湯匙植物油。加入雞肉翻炒至變色並熟透。

4. 在碗中打散3個雞蛋。同時,準備好盛有米飯的碗。
5. 在乾淨的平底鍋中加熱另外1/2湯匙植物油。油熱後,倒入雞蛋並快速攪拌。在仍略微流動時離火。
6. 將炒蛋放在米飯上,頂部放照燒雞肉,淋上剩餘醬汁。如需要,用美乃滋和切絲海苔裝飾。

軟煮蛋(溫泉蛋)版本
4. 在小鍋中將水燒開,然後關火。用勺子小心地將2個雞蛋放入熱水中。蓋上蓋子靜置10-12分鐘。瀝乾備用。
5. 雞蛋浸泡期間,按步驟1-3製作照燒雞肉。
6. 將米飯盛入碗中,放上照燒雞肉和一個軟煮蛋。如需要,用美乃滋和海苔裝飾。
