    提前準備好煎蛋。

    將雞胸肉縱向切成兩半,然後斜切成一口大小的塊。放入密封袋中,加入大蒜、生薑、清酒、鹽和胡椒。充分揉捏,然後加入太白粉,混合均勻至完全裹上。

    在平底鍋中用中火加熱植物油。加入雞肉,兩面煎至金黃色,共約6分鐘。

    用紙巾擦去鍋中多餘的油。將所有A料(醬油、清酒、味醂、番茄醬、糖和咖哩粉)加入鍋中,煮至醬汁變稠並均勻裹住雞肉。

    在碗中依次鋪上白飯、生菜、咖哩雞和煎蛋。最後淋上美乃滋。
