- 1 2/3 cup 水
- 1 tsp. 本だし(日式高湯顆粒)
- 2 tbsp. 合わせ味噌(混合味噌)

將菠菜切成約3–4公分長的段,在水中短暫浸泡。

在小鍋中加入水和本だし,煮沸。將菠菜擠去多餘水分後放入鍋中。輕輕打入雞蛋。將火調至小火或中小火保持微沸,煮約4分鐘。如有需要,撇去浮沫。

關火,將味噌溶入湯中。趁熱享用。
