    用紙巾包裹豆腐,上面放重物,靜置約15分鐘以排出水分。切成一口大小的塊。將冷凍花椰菜放入可微波容器中,用保鮮膜鬆鬆地蓋住,以600W微波加熱2分鐘。用冷水沖洗後擠出多餘水分。

    將豆腐和花椰菜擺放在餐盤上。在小碗中將醬料A(柴魚片、橄欖油、芝麻、醬油、糖和米醋)混合均勻。將醬料淋在沙拉上即可上桌。

      這是我做的肉烏龍麵的好配菜。我忘記在醬汁裡加柴魚片了,所以醬汁出來比較稀,但還是很好吃。這道菜很飽腹,在冰箱裡存放一夜也很好。第二天吃起來一樣美味。謝謝你,Rinaty,提供了一個好食譜。
