Kuskusin lamang ang Japanese mayonnaise at gadgad na Parmesan cheese sa manok at iprito sa kawali. Ang masarap at malutong na texture ng pritong Parmesan cheese ay hindi mapapalaban, na nagpapahirap na huminto pagkatapos ng isang kagat lamang!

- 10.5oz chicken breast (300g)
- A3tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- A1tbsp potato starch (katakuriko, or cornstarch)
- A1tbsp sake (or white wine)
- A1tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- A1tsp sugar
- A1/3tsp salt
- A1/2tsp grated garlic (or 2cm garlic paste from a tube)
- coarse-ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2tbsp olive oil

Remove the skin from the chicken breast and pierce the meat in several places with a fork. Cut in half horizontally, then slice it diagonally into approx. ½-inch-wide pieces.

Place the chicken and the A grated Parmesan cheese3tbsp、potato starch1tbsp、sake1tbsp、Japanese mayonnaise1tbsp、sugar1tsp、salt1/3tsp、grated garlic1/2tsp into a plastic bag. Massage together and then let marinate for 10 minutes. (Pre-freezing with the marinade is possible at this stage!)

Pour the olive oil into a frying pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes, flip, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat for about 3 minutes. Optionally, If you want to finish by searing the chicken, wipe off excess oil with a paper towel and increase the heat at the end.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with coarse-ground black pepper to taste.

・Para sa mga nasa low-carb diet: maaari mong alisin ang potato starch at sake sa (A). Magreresulta ito sa bahagyang mas matigas na chicken breast.
・Para sa meal prep: I-pre-freeze kasama ang marinade pagkatapos ng Hakbang 2, o i-freeze ang lutong manok pagkatapos ng Hakbang 3.
・Kung pre-frozen, ilipat ito sa refrigerator para mag-defrost nang natural bago mag-pan-fry.
・Para mag-reheat, init sa toaster oven (1300W) sa loob ng 3 minuto, o gamitin ang microwave (walang plastic wrap) sa reheat mode!・Ang marinated na manok ay madaling masunog, kaya bantayan nang mabuti habang nagpiprito.
・Gumamit ako ng 26 cm (10.2-pulgada) na kawali.
・Shelf life: 3-4 araw sa refrigerator, 30 araw sa freezer (kasama ang pre-marinated freeze).
