- A1 tsp. sake (atau wain putih)
- A1 tsp. gula
- A1 tsp. serbuk stok ayam (atau bouillon ayam)
- A2.5ml bawang putih cincang (atau pes bawang putih dari tiub)
- A1.6ml garam
- lada hitam, secukupnya
- 7 tbsp. kanji kentang (katakuriko, atau kanji jagung)
CARA MEMASAK
Persediaan
Hiris dada ayam terbuka (butterfly cut), potong kepada 2 bahagian besar, dan cucuk kedua-dua belah kira-kira 20 kali dengan garpu.

Masukkan bahan-bahan (A) (mayonis, serbuk kari, sake, gula, serbuk stok ayam, bawang putih, dan garam) dan dada ayam ke dalam beg plastik, urut bersama, dan biarkan selama 10 minit.

Taburkan kanji kentang ke atas dulang.

Keluarkan dada ayam dari beg plastik dan salutkan kedua-dua belah dengan kanji kentang.

Tuangkan minyak sayuran ke dalam kuali hingga kedalaman kira-kira ¼ inci dan panaskan dengan api sederhana. Letakkan ayam dengan bahagian kulit menghadap ke bawah dalam minyak.
