- 1/2 lobak merah
- secubit garam
- A22.5ml minyak zaitun
- A5ml gula
- A5ml kicap
- A10ml cuka
- Asecubit garam

Potong lobak merah secara julienne, taburkan dengan secubit garam, dan biarkan selama 10 minit. Perah kelembapan berlebihan. Koyakkan salada kepada kepingan saiz gigitan.

Dalam mangkuk, gabungkan bahan-bahan sos A dan pukul dengan baik sehingga teremulsi. Tambahkan lobak merah dan salada, dan gaul untuk melapisi secara merata.
