- 1 cup 千切りキャベツ
- 薄力粉、適量
- 1 卵(Lサイズ)
- パン粉 (適量)
- 6 tbsp. サラダ油
- 塩こしょう (適量)
- ご飯 (適量)
- 白いりごま (飾り用)
- A1/4 cup とんかつソース(市販)
- A3 tbsp. みりん
- A2 tbsp. ウスターソース
作り方

材料を準備する:
キャベツを千切りにして冷水にさらす。鶏ヒレ肉を観音開きにして半分に切る。塩こしょうで下味をつける。薄力粉をまぶし、溶き卵にくぐらせ、パン粉をつける。

チキンを揚げ焼きにする:
フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、中火でチキンを約4分間、裏返しながら均一に火が通るまで揚げ焼きにする。きつね色になり火が通ったら、キッチンペーパーを敷いたバットに取り出して油を切る。

フライパンをキッチンペーパーで拭く。ソースの材料A(とんかつソース、みりん、ウスターソース)を加え、少し煮詰めてとろみをつける。揚げ焼きにしたチキンをソースにくぐらせ、全体にからめる。

丼にご飯を盛る。キャベツの水気を切り、ご飯の上に乗せる。ソースをからめたチキンを乗せ、白いりごまをふりかける。
