Tips & Notes
・Sometimes, katsuobushi-dashi is included in Japanese soup stock powder. If you are vegan, have allergies or want to avoid fish, double check beforehand! Also, if you want to have Wakame Gohan Onigiri at convenience store, be careful as well. (It's not always listed on the label.)< br> In Japan, 2 cups of rice weigh 300g, and 2 cups of water equal 360–400 ml. *Note that a standard Japanese 'cup' (合, go) is 180ml, which is smaller than a US cup.
