- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Leave the husk on and microwave the corn for about 3 minutes. Let it rest for 1 minute, so it finishes steaming.

Cut the corn into 3 pieces. Then cut each piece in half lengthwise and cut each half in half again.

Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the soy sauce.

Arrange the corn in the pan with the cut side facing down. Return the pan to the heat and cook until the corn is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
