When scaling the recipe, the ratios of some ingredients may require slight adjustments. Adjust as necessary and season to taste.
- 5.5 oz dark chocolate
- 6 white marshmallows

I used this type of silicone mold.

Melt 1.8 oz. (50 g, or one bar) of dark chocolate over a hot water bath. Coat the inside of the mold with the chocolate, then chill in the refrigerator. (Please refer to the video for an easy coating method.)

Once Step 1 is chilled, remove it from the refrigerator. Place the white marshmallows in a dish and heat in a 600W microwave for 12 seconds.

Gently place the heated marshmallows on top of the chocolate base.

Melt the remaining 3.5 oz. (100 g, or two bars) of dark chocolate over a hot water bath and pour a generous amount over the top of each marshmallow in the molds. (I recommend dipping additional marshmallows in any leftover melted chocolate for an extra treat!

Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator until set.

Tips & Notes
・If using mega-sized or mini marshmallows, adjust the heating time. Be careful not to overheat the marshmallows until they melt too much, as it will make them difficult to handle; heat only until they lose their shape slightly.
・For those who prefer a sweeter taste or for small children, making this with milk chocolate is recommended.
・I cut the silicone mold into individual sections to make it easier to use.
