- 1 cup dried macaroni pasta
- 1 Japanese cucumber
- 2 Weiner Sausages (or substitute 2 ham-style sausages)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- salt, as needed
- A4 tbsp. Japanese mayonnaise
- A1 tsp. milk
- A1 tsp. seasoned curry powder (or mild curry powder)
- A1/2 tsp. sugar
- Asalt and pepper, as needed
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation
・Boil the macaroni according to the package directions, adding about 1 tsp. of salt per 4 cups (1 liter) of water. Drain in a colander, then drizzle with olive oil.
・Slice the sausages thinly on the diagonal.

Thinly slice the cucumber using a mandolin slicer or knife. Rub it with ¼ tsp. of salt and let it sit for a few minutes, then squeeze out the moisture thoroughly.

In a bowl, add the salad macaroni, cucumber, sausages, hard-boiled eggs, and the (A) ingredients (mayonnaise, milk, curry powder, sugar, salt, and pepper).

Mash the hard-boiled eggs with a spoon while mixing the salad.
