I create a variety of recipes with the theme of easy, delicious, homemade café-style meals. My goal is to make everyday cooking a little more fun. I’m currently a mother of two (ages 4 and 2). Since parenting leaves me with little time for cooking, I focus on developing quick and easy recipes. I’m a laid-back—and admittedly super lazy—home cook (haha), so I love sharing recipes you can make in the microwave, without using a knife or turning on the stove. I hope to introduce many dishes that are simple, stress-free, and still taste amazing.
