  • 1 /2 green bell pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp. Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • A pinch of chicken bouillon granules
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Cut the bacon into 1/2-inch (1 cm) strips. Slice the bell pepper lengthwise into thin strips. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix with mayonnaise until smooth.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and bell peppers, and sauté for about 2 minutes. Push them to one side of the pan, pour in the eggs, and gently scramble. Once the eggs are softly set, mix everything together.

    Add chicken bouillon, salt, and pepper. Stir briefly to combine, then plate and serve.
